Pebeo Vitrail Transparent is a solvent-based, glossy paint designed to create stained glass effects on surfaces like glass, metal, and plastic. It is known for its intense, transparent colors and is ready to use, can be mixed together, and dries to a tack-free finish in about one hour and fully in 8 hours for thin coats. It is intended for decorative use and can be combined with outliners or self-adhesive lead strips to mimic leaded glass.
